Andrew “Niko” Nikolovski is the Founder and Principal of Niko Insurance Group, bringing a blue-collar work ethic and an entrepreneurial mindset to an industry built on trust.

Before entering insurance, Niko spent 15 years in Northwest Indiana’s steel industry. In 2020, he walked away from a successful career to build Niko Insurance Group from the ground up. What began as a one-man operation has grown into a multi-state independent agency serving individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and businesses across Indiana, Illinois, and Ohio.

Niko has built his reputation by being direct, accessible, and fiercely committed to his clients. He believes great insurance isn't about selling the cheapest policy; it's about understanding the risk, knowing the market, and making sure clients are properly protected when it matters most.

His approach combines the work ethic he learned in the mill with the standards of a business owner whose name is on the door: Work hard, know your craft, tell people the truth, and take care of the people who trust you.

Outside of the agency, Niko is a husband, father, and proud Northwest Indiana native. He remains deeply connected to the community where he grew up and where Niko Insurance Group began.
